Everyday Heroes. Extraordinary Hope.
Important: Sy's Ties
In honor of my dad, i would like to assemble a strong team of Iseman/Shadlyn/Prosterman/Strasser "athletes" to participate in the Parkinson's Canada Super walk.
The walk will be on the morning of Sunday, Sept 9 at Earle Bales park (Bathurst and Sheppard).
Everyone will be given one of Sy's Ties on the day if the walk. We will clash, but with style.
A cure would be nice!
The need is only increasing. More than 25 Canadians are diagnosed with Parkinson's every day; more than one person every hour. By 2031, the number of people living with Parkinson’s in Canada will more than double. I am participating in Parkinson SuperWalk to fund the increasing need for support, advocacy and research. This is why I’m asking for your support today. More than that, we walk to show our collective support for a collective movement of people in communities across Canada looking to make a difference one step at a time.
Help me ensure Parkinson Canada is there for Canadians living with Parkinson’s today – while funding research into better treatments and one day, a cure.
Every dollar raised and every new team member means new hope. Thank you!
