Website Launch coming soon. Join us in September!
We are actively preparing for Parkinson Canada SuperWalk this September. At this time, our plan is to connect with you in communities across the country. Our Parkinson Community must stand together. Now, more than ever.
Until then: we are actively preparing for our website launch in April (with a new, easier registration and fundraising centre experience), and we remain committed to serving Canadians living with Parkinson's in this difficult time, and at all times. More at parkinson.ca.
Donations in support of SuperWalk are accepted year round.

What is SuperWalk?
Join our movement of more than 80 communities and 10,000 participants across Canada.
Parkinson Canada SuperWalk takes place each September. Across the country, walkers, donors and volunteers band together to show one another they are not alone in standing up to Parkinson's.
Since 1990, walkers like you have raised more than $38 Million (including $2.35 Million in 2018) to support a better life today for Canadians living with Parkinson's, a world without Parkinson's tomorrow.
Hear from our participants on their SuperWalk experience and what drives them.
Together we walk
Parkinson Canada SuperWalk is our chance to come together. A chance to help all Canadians living with Parkinson's. A day to show that a diagnosis doesn't stop us from living.
To show that nobody is defined by Parkinson's.
We stand together with the same strength of spirit and perseverance that people living with Parkinson's exhibit daily in overcoming motor and non-motor symptoms to live well.
Because No Matter What tomorrow may bring, we will not stop until there is a cure for Parkinson’s disease.
Our message for participants this year is simple. We walk together on the path to end Parkinson's: No Matter What.
Meet Pat Evans Our National Hero
In communities all across Canada we know that there are people living with or affected by Parkinson’s whose everyday heroism is an example to others. Since 2016, we've hosted our Everyday Heroes, Extraordinary Hope contest in acknowledgment of this.
Last year's winner was Pat Evans of Portland, Ontario. She was first diagnosed with Parkinson’s 12 years ago when her movement disorders specialist matter-of-factly announced, “You’ve got Parkinson’s”. Up to that point in life, Pat had worn many hats— social worker, mother, wife, activist, constituency assistant, friend and volunteer.
She learned to manage her Parkinson’s diagnosis with the same level of energy and commitment she brings to all these roles. Get the facts, don’t settle. Make it happen, no matter what. With a skilled medical team, healthy life choices, a supportive husband, and a purposeful exercise routine, Pat Evans is challenging Parkinson’s every step of the way.
