Hello, everyone! My name is Vicky and I have a bit of a story to tell. I've been growing my hair out for about 3 years now. My sister, Megs, has always had long hair. One night in mid January, she stated at dinner that she would be cutting her beautiful hair for charity. And to her surprise, I said I would join her.
So, that's why I need you're help.
I am raising money in support of Parkinson Society Canada and their mission to ease the burden and find a cure for Parkinson’s through advocacy, education, research and support services.
I am holding my event to create awareness and support for more than 100,000 Canadians living with Parkinson’s every day.
Please join me in support of Canadians living with Parkinson’s by making a donation today.
So, why parkinson's? Parkinson's effects someone that is very close to me. My Grandma Carol suffers from this horrible disease and her tremors get worst every time I go and see her. It upsets me greatly to see her struggle and get embarrass trying to tasks that we take for granted.
So with your support, I would like to give something back to a woman that inspired me to become the person I am today.
Let's kick Parkinson's Ass
