Welcome to Pedaling for Parkinson's Prince Edward County
The 2022 ride will take place on August 19th & 20th, 2022. The Pedaling for Parkinson's (P4P) Prince Edward County ride is intended to be an inclusive, family-friendly event. The North Marysburgh Town Hall, located at 2699 County Road 8 in Waupoos, will be the start/finish area for both routes, which include a 40km and 75km option.
As people arrive on Friday, August 19, early registration will be available from 5:00 - 6:30 pm followed by a P4P social gathering from 6:30 - 9:00 pm. Details to come.
Saturday, August 20 is the day of our ride. Registration will open at 7:00 am, and the ride will begin at 8:00 am.
The 40km and 75km route options ensure that there is a fun challenge for everyone. Regardless of the route, we want our participants to choose a pace that is enjoyable for them. P4P is not a race, so slow down, savour the scenary, and share in the laughter with your family and friends.
Prince Edward County gets booked up fast in the summertime, so make sure to reserve your accommodations soon. If we're able to secure a group rate, we will post the information here.
Your Safety is our Priority
We look forward to celebrating P4P with you in accordance with the current local, provincial, and federal health and safety guidelines. Our utmost priority remains the health and safety of participants, volunteers, staff, and the community at large. If you're not ready to participate in person yet, we totally get it, and we encourage remote participation. After all, cycling is something you can do your way. We're just glad to have you.
Stay tuned to this page. We will continue to add updates as additional information becomes available.
