Thank you for riding the 2023 Pedaling for Parkinson's GTA Ride

Thank you for riding with us. We hope you enjoyed the event! Your support enables Parkinson Canada to fund research, provide care and create resources, news, and events that transform the lives of people touched by Parkinson's.

More than 100,000 Canadians are struggling with the stigma and daily challenges of living with Parkinson's. That number will grow by about 30 people tomorrow and the day after that until we reach 50 new diagnoses per day within the decade.

By participating in Pedaling for Parkinson's, you are ensuring that a full life with Parkinson's is still possible. This year's ride may be over, but the impact you have continues. Thank you!

Fundraising Rewards

We hope you continue to wear your tech t-shirt and cycling jersey year round to celebrate your fundraising efforts. If you didn't pick up your items on-site, or you reached the fundraising levels post-ride, please email us at pedaling@parkinson.ca. You can continue to fundraise and earn rewards until September 30, and the final day to fundraise for this year's campaign is December 31, 2023.

2023 Ride Information

Welcome to the Pedaling for Parkinson's GTA Ride
We are so excited to connect with the Parkinson’s community. When you pedal with us or donate - whether it be money or your equally valuable time - you are making a positive impacton the research being done, the services being offered, and the people being helped everyday.

Event Agenda
Saturday, August 19th, 2023 - 4:00pm - 6:00 pm
We will be hosting a pre-ride social at Sonnen Hill Brewing. There will be savoury snacks prepared by Sunny Pies & Rolls for your enjoyment, and we will have author and motivational speaker, Nelson Sleno, sharing about his journey with Parkinson's.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to mingle with the other riders before the ride! We will also be giving riders the option to register at the event so you can bring your cash/cheque donations with you, check in and receive your tech shirt or jersey so that you have it to wear the next morning!
