Parker/Barker Fifth Year Super Walk
This September my family and friends will join 14,000 Canadians who take part Parkinson this year across Canada. Together we raise funds for education and support services, not only for people with Parkinson's, but also for their caregivers and family members too in communities across Canada. This annual event also raises funds for research into the causes of Parkinson's, better treatments and one day, a cure. When you walk with me or sponsor me, you bring us closer to this year's goal of $3 million. Every dollar means new hope. This year due to Covid 19 the walk will be virtual . Please stay safe , wash your hands frequently & wear a mask .
As many of you know Ken has Parkinson's disease and is fighting a daily battle to manage and maintain his health . He faces this challenge with courage and a quiet dignity that emphasizes the spirit of the Parkinson community. He embodies this year's motto NO MATTER WHAT which provides hope and encouragement to others.
Please know that your donation will support research, education and advocacy to the Parkinson community in Manitoba and Canada.
Please make a gift to me at the link below to know your gift no matter how big or small will make a difference.
