On Saturday September 11th, I will be participating in my twentieth year in the annual Parkinson Superwalk in support of the Parkinson Society Canada although virtual this year due to COVID-19. Once again, I will be running in loving memory of my Mom who passed away on Mother's Day 2006 after her courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease.
I have just made the commitment to fundraise alongside over 10,000 participants standing together against Parkinson's in the Parkinson Canada Superwalk and I need your support. Together, we raise funds for education and support services, not only for people with Parkinson's but also for their caregivers and family members too in communities across Canada. This annual event also raises funds for research into the causes of Parkinson's, better treatments, and one day, a cure.
Please donate to me for this year's SuperWalk and know that your donation will be used to bring a vision of a better life today for Canadians living with Parkinson's. Every dollar means new hope. Thank you!
