Support Roger Cole (aka Rogie) and Susan Richardson for Parkinson SuperWalk in Northumberland
Thanks for looking at our personal page. This September, my family will be joining us as part of Parkinson SuperWalk in whatever fashion the walk takes due to COVID 19. We would like to tell you why, and what your donations will do.
The why it is very personal for us:
- my father John Cole, my brother in law’s father Dick Maguire had Parkinson, my cousin Peter Cole and I are both living with Parkinson
- to honor Bill King, who will not be able to walk for the first time since he was diagnosed with this dreadful disease, and Daphne his wife and care giver who continues to support Bill
- my continually expanding group of friends at Northumberland Parkinson's Chapter, Dance for Parkinson, Active Fit and Fun at the Port Hope Community Health Centre
Your donation fuels better health outcomes for Canadians living with Parkinson's today, and it supports the Parkinson Canada Research Program which works with Canada's brightest researchers to find the next big breakthroughs in treatment and one day, a cure. Therefore, we are asking for your support today.
To show your support, click the DONATE NOW button on the right-hand side of the page, above the progress meter and achievements.
Every dollar means new hope. Thanks so much!!!!
Roger & Susan
