A few years ago my mother told me and my sister that she'd been diagnosed with Parkinsons. Since then I've watched the slow but sure progression of symptoms first hand. But I've also watched the determination of not just my mom, but many other living with Parkinsons to fight back.

I'm walking the Parkinson Canada SuperWalk to raise money for Parkinson Canada, to help people like my mom. Parkinson Canada funds critical research, provides information and support, increases awareness and advocates for improved health care outcomes for people living with Parkinson's across Canada.
