I'm walking with the Parkinson Canada SuperWalk in Ottawa this year. I am hoping that friends from the Ottawa area will be able to join me. 

Vernon's time at the Royal Ottawa has worked wonders.    As I peck out this personal page, he is still there and will be there until he is well enough to be transferred to long term care. Each day shows another bit of progress so we just take it a day at a time. 

The walk starts bright and early (registration is between 9 and 10). There is a long and short version.  After the walk there are some refreshments and I believe a magic show for the kids.  All of this is on their website. 

Hope to see some of you but will understand if you cannot join me. .
